OFFICE OF FACULTY RECORDS

The Office of Faculty Records is the principal source of information and files concerning all faculty appointments within the School of Medicine and the Graduate School of Basic Medical Sciences. It is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records of all faculty appointments, promotions and terminations. The Office of Faculty Records responds to all internal requests for information concerning the faculty, compiles data in response to requests from external organizations and serves as the chief liaison between the Provost/Dean and the Tenure, Appointments and Promotions (TAP) Committee.

The Office of Faculty Records is located in Room 141A of the Administration Building.
