Finance
The Finance Department is comprised of several divisions within the College, including the Budget Office, the Controller’s Office, Purchasing, the Bursar, the Registrar, and Student Financial Planning. The Finance Department is located on the second floor of Sunshine Cottage.

Budget Office
The Budget Office is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the College's annual operating and capital budget, and informational databases related to financial and operational matters associated with the College.
Bursar
The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the billing and collection of NYMC tuition, fees, housing and health insurance, as well as the approval and processing of refunds.
Controller’s Office
The Controller’s Office oversees general accounting activities, restricted fund (grant) activities, payroll, and accounts payable activities.
Purchasing
The Purchasing Office provides support in all aspects of purchasing and procurement for NYMC, assisting in financial and contract management and vendor relations with the goal of increasing quality while managing costs.
Registrar
Often known as the “Custodian of the Academic Record,” the NYMC Office of the Registrar oversees academic calendars and catalogs and manages student registration, records grades, prepares transcripts, evaluates academic records, among other responsibilities related to the upholding of academic policy.
Student Financial Planning
The Office of Student Financial Planning works directly with NYMC students before, during, and even post-graduation from NYMC, helping them find and understand the financial resources available to them to support their education and dreams.
