Controller's Office

The Controller’s Office provides accurate, complete and timely financial information to all College users. In that role, we are responsible for the general accounting activities, restricted fund activities, payroll, accounts payable, bursar activities, the monitoring and preparing budgets, cash forecasting and the investment of short term funds. Each month we prepare reports for all departmental accounts, grants and designated purpose funds. A complete package of College-wide financial statements are also produced for senior management and the Board. We coordinate extensively with sponsoring agencies, affiliates and external auditors. The Controller’s Office is also a key contributor to the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
