The Office of Human Resources (HR) at NYMC provides the services needed so the College can attract, support, retain, and develop a diverse, skilled, and productive workforce in support of the College's mission and vision. The HR team is your primary resource for information about HR policies, benefits, compensation, professional development, recruitment, transfers and promotions, performance management, employee relations, employee record-keeping, time sheeting, and all employment issues or concerns.
