Faculty Development

The goal of the SOM Faculty Development Office is to provide programs and resources that allow SOM and GSBMS faculty to build professional skills and knowledge in scholarship and education, to promote mentorship and collaboration, and to reward and recognize faculty commitment to and excellence in education. The SOM Faculty Development aims to engage faculty on an ongoing basis to ensure programs and resources are applicable to faculty needs. The Office supports faculty as they create an optimal learning environment for students and continually cultivate their deep pedagogical knowledge.
