
GSBMS Admitted Student Next Steps
1. Secure Your Spot. Portal Access.
If you haven’t already done so, log into the TouroOne Connect Application system and click on the “Intent to Enroll” button on your Decision Summary page to submit your response electronically.
A deposit is required only for the specific programs listed below. If your program is not listed, or if you are not an international Master of Science student, no deposit is required. For programs that do require a deposit, follow the instructions to pay your non-refundable tuition deposit via the TouroOne Portal. The deposit must be submitted when accepting an offer of admission and will be applied toward the first year's tuition.
Accelerated Interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences Program Deposit: $100
Clinical Laboratory Sciences Program Deposit: $100
Dental Linker Program Deposit: $100
International Master of Science Student Deposit (regardless of program): $500
- To activate your TouroOne Portal account – you should have received an email from noreply@touro.edu with the subject line 'Welcome to Touro University'. Open this email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
- If you encounter any issues, consult our helpdesk knowledge base article for assistance. Note - the link provided in the email expires after 7 days. If your link expires and you need another email, follow the instructions in the original email to request a new validation link.
- Contact the Touro helpdesk (help@touro.edu) if you experience any issues.
To submit your non-refundable tuition deposit:
- Login to the TouroOne Portal.
- Select the Student Accounts widget.
- Select Access TouchNet from the dropdown.
- Select Deposits.
- Select the Deposit Term and Deposit Program (New York Medical College).
- Select Payment Method.
- Enter your credit card information or your checking or savings account information; since the payment amount field is variable, you must enter the appropriate $100 or $500 deposit amount, depending on your status above.
- Review payment and click Submit Payment. You will receive a message that states “Thank you, you have successfully scheduled your payment(s) for x/x/xx.”
2. Remember to File Your FAFSA

Note - federal financial aid is not available to international students, non-matriculated students, or Ph.D. students who are receiving a full financial support package.

3. Student Health & Immunization Forms
All incoming students must submit their immunization history, the results of a recent physical examination, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination. To access the required forms, scroll to the bottom of our Health Services webpage and select the appropriate health services packet under the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBMS) heading. Once the packet opens, download it to complete the fillable PDF.

4. Complete Your Housing Application
The GSBMS has a limited number of housing opportunities available for students. If you intend to reside on campus, learn more about Housing & Residential Life.

5. Send in Official Documents
To complete your enrollment, you must submit all final and official transcripts, including final transcripts showing degree and date awarded (where applicable). These documents are required in compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations.
If you have received a provisional acceptance, you must provide all missing application documents prior to orientation. The provisional status is meant to paint a picture of you at the time of acceptance; the acceptance status does not change once you submit the required missing documents. A registration hold will be placed on your account if you do not submit the missing documents.
6. International Student Forms
New students must contact the Office of International Students and Scholars, for information regarding their visa status, required forms, documentation, etc.
