The Data Management Core assists biomedical and clinical researchers in designing and executing their studies. Among the first services to be offered is access to the REDCap Cloud, a web-based application for building and managing surveys and databases online for clinical and translational research.

Lipidomics and Mass Spectrometry Core

The Lipidomics and Mass Spectrometry Core Facility provides support for faculty and student researchers at NYMC, as well as other institutions and private companies. The core’s primary analytical instrument is a Shimadzu LC-MS/MS 8050 system, which allows for the identification and quantification of lipid mediators from biological matrices.
