Helen Dao, M.H.A.

Helen Dao received her undergraduate degree in psychology from New Jersey City University. She began working in the social and human services arena, developing a passion for healthcare policies and quality improvement and has been working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) over 17 years. Ms. Dao’s expertise is in clinical quality improvement, risk management, and healthcare strategic planning skills. In 2005, Ms. Dao received her graduate degree from New Jersey City University. After completing her Master’s in Health Care Administration, she continued concentrating in the area of systems change, quality improvement, and risk management. Currently, Ms. Dao works for Union Community Health Center, a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) as the Director of Risk Management and Quality Assurance. Ms. Dao also started a healthcare consulting firm, Dao Management Consulting Services, Inc. in 2007, focusing on quality improvement and systems change, serving small and large healthcare and social services organizations throughout the United States.
