Shruti Kore, M.D., M.P.H. '18

Shruti Kore, M.D., M.P.H. '18, worked in government and corporate hospitals. She was involved in surveying TB-suspected patients and adapting activities to assure quality TB services for communities on the fringes and other projects dealing with infectious and non-communicable diseases. While working towards her Master's degree, she was a clinical research intern at Westchester Medical Center in the renal division, conducting clinical trials and clinical research to improve patient outcomes. She intends to plan a career in clinical practice and research innovative models for health promotion and prevention of diseases at primary health centers.
