Soe Soe Aye Htun, M.P.H., is a seasoned professional and has proven leadership in diverse health programs including SRMNCAH, Health Financing, Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases, and Health Security.

Ms. Htun has successfully led the pioneering Universal Healt Care Pilot Project in Myanmar, implementing strategic purchasing for primary healthcare services, notably child delivery from private providers via a capitation scheme. 

Ms. Htun is well-connected within the public health ecosystem, with a robust network spanning international financing and partnership organizations, UN bodies, local and international NGOs, civil societies, and private sector stakeholders in her hometown and the broader Southeast Asia region.
