In addition to her leadership roles at NYMC, Jennifer Salcedo, M.D., M.P.H., M.P.P., FACOG, practices complex family planning, pediatric & adolescent gynecology, and general obstetrics and gynecology at NYMC's affiliate, Westchester Medical Center. Before joining NYMC, she was the Residency Program Director in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Director of the Kenneth J. Ryan Residency Training Program in Abortion & Family Planning and an Associate Residency Program Director at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. There, Dr. Salcedo also held adjunct faculty appointments in the Office of Public Health Studies and the Department of Biomedical Sciences. She has held leadership positions in the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Family Planning, and the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology and serves as an American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) Specialty Certifying Examiner. Dr. Salcedo is certified by the ABOG in obstetrics and gynecology.
