Jeanne’s role involves managing programmatic bookings and overseeing Standardized Patient (SP) staffing, scheduling, and training. Jeanne also maintains the program catering, transportation, simulation/exam room maintenance, and inventory. As the facilitator of the bi-weekly payroll, Jeanne also serves as the primary liaison between various college departments and the SPs.

Jeanne worked in various positions in both secondary and post-secondary education. Prior responsibilities included obtaining and managing the federal Perkins Basic and Reserve grant, awards around 2 million each year, developing career pathway marketing material, facilitating a regional Career Coaching program across 12 parishes and 13 school districts, as well as maintaining partnerships with business and industry stakeholders. Favorites projects involved coordinating special events: including STEM-focused youth summer camps, professional development training for regional high school and college faculty and staff, and orientation activities for incoming college freshmen.
