Michelle Foard is responsible for maintaining scheduling and communication between faculty and students, as well as the creation and documentation of student assessment reports.  Michelle also coordinates building operations, including facilities work orders and purchasing.  She is a Physical Exam Specialist as well as an Intersession and Envision lead educator.  She is also trained to operate Laerdal SimMan 3G Plus simulation manikins for programs and is the site manager for all American Heart Association (AHA) certifications. Additionally, Michelle is a primary liaison between the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) and the CCSE, responsible for helping to track data associated with courses that track and assess skills acquisition related to competency-based assessment.

Alongside her role at New York Medical College, Michelle also serves as Technical Advisor and Web Development Consultant for the Directors of Clinical Skills Education non-profit organization.  Additionally, she is the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization, Adaptive Advocates, Inc., which creates custom, adaptive costumes for children with physical and developmental disabilities.  She also teaches music at Shrub Oak International School for students on the Autism Spectrum and is certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
