
Joseph F. Morales, D.D.S., FACD, FNYAD

Joseph F. Morales, D.D.S., FACD, FNYAD, has 40 years of professional experience, including more than 35 years dedicated to academic and community-based dental medicine. Dr. Morales is the lead faculty member for the didactic curriculum of the NYMC General Dental Practice Residency Program and has been a principal investigator on several HRSA grants, and has served as chief of service at multiple New York City hospitals. He also chairs and is a member of multiple university and hospital committees, including the NYMC Admissions and IRB Committees, as well as the chair of the Credentials and Infection Prevention/Control Committees at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. In addition to his academic and clinical commitments at the college and its clinical affiliates, Dr. Morales is a member of the Medical Division in the New York City Police Department and treasurer of New York Dental Affiliates, the professional services affiliation group at Metropolitan Hospital.
