Beth Schorr-Lesnick, M.D., FACP, FACG, AGAF, held various significant positions in the medical field since completing her training. She began her career at a private proctology practice in New York City and then transitioned to Beth Israel Medical Center, where she served as a full-time attending. Subsequently, she established a thriving private practice in Westchester, dedicating numerous years to patient care. Notably, she assumed leadership roles as the chief of medicine and chief of the Division of Gastroenterology at St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers. In August 2016, Dr. Schorr-Lesnick joined the team at WMC. In her current capacity, she continues to provide care to private GI patients, oversees the administration of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program, and serves as a mentor and supervisor to the fellows, who represent the future of gastroenterology. Additionally, she actively participates in teaching at both NYMC and WMC.
